Shipping to the U.S.
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, D.C.; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The available shipping options during checkout may vary depending on your shipping address and the items purchased.

Handling Absence & Returns
- If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for you to pick up or reschedule delivery.
- Packages with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be returned to us. We will contact you for address confirmation; additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but not received, or refused/unclaimed packages.
Customs, Duties & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are paid directly to your local customs authorities.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen charges.
